About Me

I am a registered Psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher. My clinical experience spans more than 20 years (since 1998) and I have worked with individuals from all walks of life from various parts of the world. I believe in healing the whole person, mind/body and spirit using Western and Eastern modalities of healing. Holding an anti-oppressive, holistic and mindfulness perspective, my approach to clients engenders respect, trust, compassion and a sense of empowerment. As a therapist, I believe in personal and professional development in order to be effective to my clients. I continue to learn and develop my yoga and meditation practice and clinical skills.
